This CSS provides a basis for dtbook documents.

This stylesheet creates the NCX from one dtbook.

For one specific dtbook, there is one and only one possible NCX and that stylesheet should do it for all.

This stylesheet creates one possible SMIL file from one XML dtbook.

The SMIL file created should work for a textOnly DTBook.

Question : should we do an XSLT to build all kinds of SMIL files according to dtb:multimediaType ?

Question : should SMIL file created for textOnly dtbook, be ready for audio recording ?
