DTBook to XHTML

It should work for a large number of simple DTBook.
It still needs to improve support for some elements (See comments in stylesheet).
DTBook to XHTML multiple files
That provides an easy to use navigation interface, chunking in multiple files.
DAISY 2.02 Audio books
Using a specialized XSLT extension, upon xsltproc and Microsoft SAPI5, generate a DAISY 2.02 compliant audio book from any XML DTBook.
